Together with our customers, we develop functional sealing systems and optimize existing applications. Our development engineers find solutions for your problems with their application technology advice, computer-aided measurement of profiles and work with Catia V5, Solid Edge and Autocad.


The customer receives an individually made drawing design of the rubber gasket. The project then starts after approval of the drawing, which contains all properties and measured values ​​of the product.


Now it's time to make the tool. Our headquarter in Germany now produces the tool for your individually designed rubber gasket. This is then sent directly to our production facility in Annandale.

Sample Production

Now production can start. 164-328ft. (50-100meters) of samples are produced. During and after production, the dimensions and gasket properties are regularly checked and recorded using the quality control chart (QCC). In this way we ensure that you really get the profile that you ordered from us.


The sample will be sent to you for approval together with the sample release report (PSW). You now have the opportunity to extensively test the profile. Is it to your complete satisfaction? - Perfect! Then simply sign the PSW and send it to our project team and series production can begin with your desired quantity.


Retain Samples

We follow high quality standards and want to make sure that the customer receives high quality rubber gaskets. Therefore, regular checks are made during our production. We take a close look at so-called retain samples. These are carefully checked, labeled and stored for all their dimensions and properties.


In order to check the retain samples consistently and precisely, we use a so-called quality control chart (QCC) for each individual rubber gasket. This includes all measurement data as well as a drawing of the product.


All of our production lines are equipped with a 3D laser. The rubber gasket runs through this device and is thus continuously measured in cross section and displayed to our production workers. If the dimensions of the profile fluctuate, the team is alerted immediately and can react accordingly.


Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) is used in the automotive supply chain for establishing confidence in suppliers and their production processes.
